Victorian Foundation supports recovery and behavioral health stability by helping eligible individuals remove practical barriers through essentials support, housing stabilization support, behavioral health access support, and employment-related certifications. Programs are currently focused in Arizona and activated based on funding and operational readiness.
Victorian Foundation is a nonprofit focused on strengthening recovery and behavioral health stability by helping eligible individuals remove practical barriers to stability.
We provide needs-based support that may include essentials assistance (food, hygiene, clothing, transportation), housing stabilization support, behavioral health access support, and employment-related certifications, activated based on funding and operational readiness.
Assistance is provided through documented eligibility review and controlled fulfillment methods. We prioritize accountability, consistency, and dignity. When possible, support is provided by covering costs directly (for example, paying vendors/providers), rather than distributing cash.
Victorian Foundation was established in 2023 in memory of Cynthia Victorian-Hockenhull. Cynthia’s life reflected both the challenges people can face and the stability that becomes possible with the right support. Her legacy is the reason we stay focused on practical help that protects dignity and improves outcomes.
