REQUEST ASSISTANCE

Victorian Foundation provides documented, needs-based assistance designed to help eligible individuals remove stability barriers and remain engaged in recovery and behavioral health stability. Programs are activated based on funding and operational readiness and may be offered in phases.

Who this is for (current focus)
Support is intended for individuals experiencing housing instability and working toward recovery or behavioral health stability. Programs are currently focused in Arizona.

What assistance may include (when activated)

• Hygiene and laundry essentials

• Food access support

• Transportation support

• Housing stabilization support (time-limited, verified needs)

• Behavioral health access support (documented, eligible needs)

• Employment-related certifications tied to a job path (when approved)

How the process works

1. Submit a request (or referral) with basic information and documentation

2. Eligibility and need are reviewed

3. If approved, assistance is provided through controlled methods (direct purchase, vendor payment, or limited controlled gift cards)

4. Requests are fulfilled based on available funding and program caps
