Housing stabilization support (time-limited, verified needs)
Behavioral health access support (documented, eligible needs)
Employment-related certifications tied to a job path (when approved)

Eligibility and need are reviewed
If approved, assistance is provided through controlled methods (direct purchase, vendor payment, or limited controlled gift cards)
Requests are fulfilled based on available funding and program caps
